I can honestly say that my experience with Ceci was great, this is my first house so I had no idea how fast everything was going to move and how many emails and questions were going to pop-up during the process. Ceci made sure to answer my questions patiently and also made sure that I was meeting my deadlines by calling and reminding me of what needed to be done and when, it was an intense process but at no point did she make me feel dumb for not knowing what something meant. Ceci was thorough with her recommendations and showed me homes within my price range at all times, she explained her thought process behind every house shown and why she picked it out, it honestly helped me to better envision what changes were needed to be made.
