Joe was amazing to work with! Even though the homebuying process can be stressful, Joe walked us through every step with ease. My wife and I began our search for a new home in spring 2023 and were fortunate to be able to work with Joe thoughout our home buying adventure. When we first met Joe, we were a bit unsure of what we were really looking for. Joe listened to our initial thoughts and asked a lot of questions; not only so he could find homes to show us; but also to give us an opportunity to refine our own search parameters. Throughout the process, he was patient, knowledgeable and accomodating. When we selected a home to make an offer on, he explained the process and helped us determine the appropriate offer amount. After the offer was accepted, he guided us through the follow-on negotiations, home inspections, counter-offers and finally the close. Throughout the process, Joe worked on our behalf with all of the parties involved in the sale: listing agent, our lender, our home inspector and the municipality where the home is located. We highly recommend Joe for his expertise and for his ability to assist the buyer to a successful close.

When it came time for our mother to sell the home she and dad built in the earlier 50's she was very lucky to have chosen Joe O'Shasky as her realtor. Though the home had been very well maintained and updated over the years, selling a one owner home built that long ago in the country brings with it a whole set of issues that the average home doesn't have. Joe found the buyer within a couple weeks but then is when Joe's knowledge, expertise, and hard work came into play. The home had basement wall, well, flood plain, and other issues that had to be addressed. Each time something came up Joe knew how to address it. Since mom had moved out of the home and we kids all live out of town it was up to Joe to drive to the home to let workers in, run well water, among other things. It was all this extra effort and problem solving capability that made Joe so valuable to us. Joe did an incredible job in finding the buyer but more importantly getting the home closed. On top of everything, Joe is the kind of guy its a real pleasure working with.
We, of course, would highly recommend Joe O'Shasky as your realtor whether you are buying or selling any property. Thanks again Joe for a job extremely well done!!!!!

Joe was absolutely amazing during the time we were house searching from the very beginning all the way through to close. Whether it was answering questions early morning or late night, setting up house showings in quick turn around, or being flexible with our own schedules we knew Joe would be willing to help and do what he could for us. He was always positive and truthful throughout the process and excited to see us find our perfect house. I am so, so happy we had Joe as our real estate agent!

This was my first time buying a home, and Joe went above and beyond during my search to buy my first home. If I saw a new house listed we would be seeing it the same day. When I had questions about the home buying process he made sure to be there and explain what everything went. From start to finish Joe was ready, willing and able to help us get our home sold. From his expert eye in readying the home for sale, to finding the right price point, and by even helping us get our home "sweep clean" for closing, Joe was right there with us. This market is insane and Joe gave us his expert advice on how to best navigate through it. He made himself available to us 24/7 and promptly answered any questions and/or concerns that we had. Joe was excellent to work with, especially as a first-time home buyer. He is very down-to-earth, personable, and professional, and did an exceptional job at walking us through all of the steps involved, taking care to thoroughly explain everything throughout the process. He took what originally felt very overwhelming and made us feel at ease and confident with knowing where things were at and what needed to be done.
