Misty was extremely helpful in BOTH the buying and selling process. As a first time homebuyer she was extremely informative and helpful. She led me to resources and was always quick to communicate what was going on. Extenuating circumstances led to needing to sell the home in a quicker turnaround than originally planned. Misty was quick to help! Consistently throughout the process she was putting the human before the home! She always looked to help make sure my needs were met and worked with my busy military schedule. I cannot recommend her and NextHome Team Ellis more. A great person and a great team that always went above and beyond.

Misty was a true blessing in the process of buying our first home. We are a military family, my husband was deployed when the process started. It was stressful for us to say the least. Misty understood the dynamic of our move, took the time to understand what we needed in a home and took our purchase very seriously. Being first time homebuyers we had not been through the process, and she took the time to explain on more then one occasion all the ins/outs of our VA loan. We had to switch lenders at the last moment and she was able to find someone much better to work with. It was an amazing experience for us and would recommend a hundred times to anyone that Misty is more then just a realtor, but such a amazing person. She went to our home SO many times to help with repairs, videos, and even to check for damages from a storm. (AFTER we purchased the home but before we came to the area.) We could not have had a better person to work with and are so grateful.

Misty is and will always will be my #1 recommendation for real estate in the Missouri area. She will go out of her way to ensure you have the smoothest purchase/selling of your home. I bought my house 2 years ago with her, and I am selling it now (as it was not our forever home). I have never met a more selfless human when she had so much more on her plate. Misty is the best! I couldn't have asked for the sale of our home to go any smoother. She knew exactly what we needed to do to get it ready to sell, and had a buyer lined up right away. We sold in 2 days, and closed in 3 weeks. It was an amazing experience. We were moving out of state, and were totally comfortable leaving our home in her capable hands. She lined up contractors and quickly fixed problems, and got it sold!

Misty was absolutely amazing! We were first time home buyers and she took time and special care to make sure we understood every step we took. Even though it was kind of difficult find a home that wasn't immediately snatched up by someone else, she managed to go out of her way to contact an agent about a property that wasn't even listed yet that she thought we would like - and that's the house we bought!! Misty was incredibly helpful and understanding, always available whenever I needed, punctual, and genuinely friendly and a nice person who will fight tooth and nail for her clients if need be. Not to mention - she really knows her stuff.
I would recommend Misty a million times over to anyone searching for their new home.
