I will be using Sarah Johnson for all my real estate future transactions and here’s why. She was always available to show us properties. She was very knowledgeable and able to explain the process of buying a property, she kept us updated, and we had no trouble getting a hold of her when we needed her. our deal was not without challenges, but Sarah made the process, less stressful and smooth.

Sarah was great throughout our transaction. The seller died during our process requiring the deal to be void and the home go through probate before we could proceed. Sarah stayed in touch with the listing agent, keeping us updated on the progress, as the property cleared probate allowing us to submit the offer again. The house never went back on the market, our offer was accepted and we closed two weeks ago. Thank you Sarah, you made a difficult process very smooth and seamless, weak done.
