It was the Lord’s kindness that brought us Jamie as our realtor. From the very beginning to the very end she was incredibly responsive and gave appropriate care and attention to our needs. Jamie is amazing! She helped us look for the perfect Alaskan home while we were still living in New Hampshire. We went through a few FaceTime showings, she was there for us in -45 degree weather when we flew over for a showing. She went above and beyond for us and was honest in her findings in the houses when we couldn’t be there in person. She knew what we were looking for and found it for us. We are so grateful for her!!

Me & my husband are the buyers of the home. Recently we bought the house located at North Pole. The realtor Jamie Napolski is very punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking as well as very professional. She listens to your needs & located several homes that were suitable to us. She also point outs the pro & cons of each house we see, so we can comparing houses & sort out which houses are our closely matched to our dream home. She also points out the importance of the location & neighborhood of the homes. I agreed with her. You want to drive less time to work or to stores which makes life easier on you & your family. As for the neighborhood of the home you chose is an important part of your decision as well. For example, is it safe for children to play outside ; your teenage to walk to school or wait for the school bus. That will greatly affect you & your family worries & safety. Furthermore, bad neighborhoods devalue your dream home in time. You want to buy a house increased value so you are happy with your purchase.

As first time home buyers, Jamie was wonderful to work with. Jamie was very responsive to messages, timely with showings, and gave great input. Jamie would consistently arrive to showings early so that she had a good idea about what we were walking into and could give good comments on quality/features. She was very active and persistent in moving things forward but not in a high pressure or stress inducing way. She was great at making sure our buyer responsibilities were getting scheduled ASAP, and was frequently checking on the required seller corrections, tests, and their progress. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Jamie was AMAZING. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. She was dedicated to finding me a home, and truly waited it out with me. I looked at about 50 homes before I found the right one, most of which I asked to look at. She was very open about what to expect from the homes, and was willing to reach out to whoever to get answers to my questions. I ended up picking a home that was for sale by owner, and the process was very trying. There were times that I thought I was going to walk away, and she continued to support whatever I needed. I purchased a wonderful home, and she has continued to support me after the buy as well.
Jamie was polite and professional throughout the entire home buying process. She was quick to figure out what I was looking for in a home, and to get us in to look at properties. Jamie was honest about the problems with the properties and would even admit when one was not a good fit for me. She did a great job of disclosing what the borough valued the properties at, what the asking price was, and what she came up with running her comps. Once an offer was made she did a great job organizing inspections, and nudging the seller to make negotiated repairs, and title company to close in a timely manner. Jamie also went out of her way to bring me the keys to my first home wile I was at work.
All in all, Jamie Napolski was polite, positive, and professional, and a dream to work with wile buying my first home. She gets 5 stars, and my recommendation to anyone wanting to buy their first or next home.

This is the first time I have ever sold a house, and the process is so complicated and confusing that it was essential to me to have someone help me make it happen. Jamie Napolski did a great job of helping me select a buyer, then coordinating the closing. It took a while because the market was crazy, but she kept on it and kept me informed all the way through the process. I would definitely work with Jamie again!
