Jamie was recommended to me by a dear friend. I needed to sell my townhouse but I lived in another state. Jamie made the time to meet me while I was in Fairbanks, and we hit it off right away. Jamie took care of everything for the sale of the townhouse. She kept me updated when needed and always responded timely to my inquiries. There were a few bumps along the way from a potential buyer's real estate agent and Jamie's tenacity to do the best for me was excellent. I am very thankful that she worked with me to sell my townhouse. I highly recommend her.

As first time home buyers, Jamie was wonderful to work with. Jamie was very responsive to messages, timely with showings, and gave great input. Jamie would consistently arrive to showings early so that she had a good idea about what we were walking into and could give good comments on quality/features. She was very active and persistent in moving things forward but not in a high pressure or stress inducing way. She was great at making sure our buyer responsibilities were getting scheduled ASAP, and was frequently checking on the required seller corrections, tests, and their progress. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Jamie knows what she’s doing. I choose to buy a house in the worst market for a buyer to find what they’re after. Although it took a little while with my list of wants, she helped me find my home. I have already referred her to a coworker looking for a house, and would recommend her to anyone who is in the market for buying or selling.

Jamie will get after it. She will be a fiesty proponent for you and your housing needs. Ever professional though. Me and my business partner were new at this and she took the sweat out of it for us. We heartily recommend Jamie for all your real estate needs in Fairbanks. As part timers, new to Fairbanks, she was right on the spot with all our questions and needs in a home, and more. She found a range of houses for us in a hot market — and when we found a great house, she was lightening fast at getting it done for us from beginning to end! She even found a towing service for me on the spot when I got a Uhaul moving truck stuck in the ditch across from the house! Now that’s helpful service! We are extremely pleased with our entire transaction, and are very confident that she will do the same for anyone with real estate needs in Fairbanks.

Jamie was AMAZING. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. She was dedicated to finding me a home, and truly waited it out with me. I looked at about 50 homes before I found the right one, most of which I asked to look at. She was very open about what to expect from the homes, and was willing to reach out to whoever to get answers to my questions. I ended up picking a home that was for sale by owner, and the process was very trying. There were times that I thought I was going to walk away, and she continued to support whatever I needed. I purchased a wonderful home, and she has continued to support me after the buy as well.

Jamie was polite and professional throughout the entire home buying process. She was quick to figure out what I was looking for in a home, and to get us in to look at properties. Jamie was honest about the problems with the properties and would even admit when one was not a good fit for me. She did a great job of disclosing what the borough valued the properties at, what the asking price was, and what she came up with running her comps. Once an offer was made she did a great job organizing inspections, and nudging the seller to make negotiated repairs, and title company to close in a timely manner. Jamie also went out of her way to bring me the keys to my first home wile I was at work.

All in all, Jamie Napolski was polite, positive, and professional, and a dream to work with wile buying my first home. She gets 5 stars, and my recommendation to anyone wanting to buy their first or next home.

This is the first time I have ever sold a house, and the process is so complicated and confusing that it was essential to me to have someone help me make it happen. Jamie Napolski did a great job of helping me select a buyer, then coordinating the closing. It took a while because the market was crazy, but she kept on it and kept me informed all the way through the process. I would definitely work with Jamie again!
