Where’s Christian Baba!?, my 4 year old asked as we pulled up to our new home. Needless to say, looking for your first home can be daunting. We must’ve looked at 30+ homes over a couple months. At times, even we were about to give up. Some homes came close to perfect. Others, we just walked out of after a few minutes. December 22, 2020, he texted over a few listings and setup the showings. HE FOUND US EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. We were never rushed, pushed or persuaded. As a native of NYC, I’ve had my share of experiences with real estate agents. They tend to be explicitly shrewd and blood thirsty for a sale. Trustworthy and transparent is how Christian can be best described. Simply put, he was genuinely nice. It’s clearly apparent that he LOVES what he does. He walked ankle deep in wet mud with my daughter in his arms while walking a property, cut 30 THOUSAND off the initial price, and made us FEEL prioritized amongst countless other clients. This man was my agent, my advocate and is now my friend.
