Working with Solar Solutions was the best choice we made when looking at solar options peryam everything was so easy they communicated almost too well for my liking but that's just me. Everyone involved in our solar project was super helpful right down to the installation crew. They left the home neat and tidy when they completed the project. Highly would recommend this company if you are thinking about going solar

I met with a handful of companies to find a solar system with a battery because we experience a lot of blackouts in my neighborhood & our consultant was not only extremely patient to help us understand how this all worked but explained ways we could save money by using certain inverters etc.
Solar Solutions lives up to the reputation they have in their news articles. Use them if you don’t want to feel pressured during a conversation and want a good deal on solar. They also broke down all the different financing options which was extremely interesting as other companies didn’t disclose a lot of the information they did

Only giving them 4 stars because when the equipment arrived it was faulty, thankfully the team at Solar Solutions was able to call the company and get a replacement part next day and system up and running

Happy I picked a company that’s responsive, I have friends who can’t even get their rep on the phone or customer service to help

Overall happy with them

The comparison chart they used to help me compare the quotes I had was really incredible. I learned so much about the industry just from that review which built confidence I was working with a company who had my best interest.

I recommend them because they are the first company I’ve seen where they work for the homeowner not the solar company which is cool.

Also, they weren’t pushy at all and seemed to genuinely care about my understanding of the process before moving forward

We had a few people knock on our door and even one person give us a presentation, after meeting with Kiara we are very happy we went with her recommendation. We like that she didn't work for just one company and could pick the right solution for us.

Solar Solutions have been a total pleasure to work with! Kiara is very responsive and always returns your calls in a timely manner! Roofing contractor and Panel installation contractors have been very pleasant and easy to work with! I have already had a neighbor sign and contract and working on getting more people to hopefully want solar. I actually received 5 different bids and really liked what Solar Solutions had to say and the way they responded to my questions!

Kiara is fantastic! The whole experience was informational and easy. She answered all my questions and kept me updated when they ran out of panels before my install.

The installers were in and out quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Everything went very smoothly.

Solar solutions and the team that worked on my solar project have been great. Communication was top notch and installation team was very professional and customer centric. While I had few questions they always seemed ready to answer what I asked and in some instances felt like they were reading my mind. I highly recommend using this team for any solar project.

As a contractor I know how involved a solar project can be. Our consultant at My Solar Solutions negotiated a great price for top of the line equipment and kept us informed every week regarding the status of our project. They really did "take the stress" out of this construction project.

What I liked about Solar Solutions is they work for the client making them less bias than a lot of these other sales guys. They helped us compare quotes and worked to find us a better deal. We also got our system installed much quicker than we expected

My wife and I had spoken with a few solar companies and solar solutions had a very respectable approach. Very educated and not pushy at all.
They explained why working with a broker was beneficial and helped us save over 50% on our monthly electric cost and find the right company

I was reluctant to put solar on our new home because we had Sunrun solar on our other home and had an "ok" experience. Kiara informed me that the customer experience a homeowner has with a solar company ALL depends on who the sales rep they are working with and she promised I would be in good hands.

We ended up going with Sunrun again for our new home but this time we had an AMAZING experience thanks to Kiara and Solar Solutions. We have So Cal Edison and were paying .27 cents a kwh and they were able to get us a rate of .17 cents a kwh.

Before finding solar solutions I had received a few quotes- Kiara not only explained the pros and cons of the bids I received but ended up getting me a better offer.

Solar solutions was awesome. Their approach is much different than other sales reps we spoke to. I could tell they genuinely cared about helping us find the right solution as opposed to just making a sale and took time to explain why they felt that product was the best.

We actually had gotten a few quotes from other companies before finding My Solar Solutions. SS was very informative and helped us understand how all the electrical components worked and why certain brands were better than others. The team at Solar Solutions not only helped us find the right solar program but helped us throughout the entire process making it a breeze to make the switch to solar

Solar Solutions is awesome. I got two quotes, one from Sunrun and another from Sunpower and neither company was willing to cover my main panel upgrade costs ($2,300).
Solar Solutions was not only able to get this cost covered for us but they also negotiated a better price. Glad I waited and went through them.
