Thank you to Heber and Carie!! They managed to meet the needs of our multi-generation family and were incredibly efficient throughout the entire process; we started Escrow May 2 and closed May 27. We anticipated delays in this current market, but we had none during the entire loan process (thank you for letting us interrupt your scheduled vacation). We were so nervous, but they put us at ease and treated us like family. We are so grateful and would highly recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Carie for any and all of your real estate needs. She was so helpful with helping me find the perfect house. She was always there to help with keeping me calm when I got stressed out. Carie took all the time I needed to help with filling out documents and setting up appointments with all of the inspections. She even came out for all of the inspections! If I could give her a higher rating I would!

And made the trek from Santa Clarita to Orange County Several times just to make sure the Purchase was going to plan. And when issues occurred he drove down to Orange County to resolve them. It was time for me to buy a house and Carie really spent the time to show me all of the properties I wanted to see as well as sending me lists of other potential ones. She is very knowledgeable and knows what needs to be done in the seemingly endless steps in the home buying process.
