Kim was so helpful in helping me find my first home despite still living in a different state! She was very accommodating to my limited availability as I only spent 48 hours in Colorado during my search for housing, and she was efficient in finding exactly what I was looking for. Once we found my new home, Kim made sure to keep me on top of deadlines to ensure the closing process was seamless. I couldn't have done it without her and can't recommend her enough!

I currently live in Texas and Kim was referred to me by a former coworker that is located in the Denver area. My daughter landed a job in Wheatridge and we needed to find a house quickly for her and her golden retrievers. We made a last-minute trip to the Denver area to find a house with a yard. Kim met us on a Monday afternoon with a list of 8 potential properties. We were able to look at all of them that afternoon. We had a favorite, but she suggested going back again on Tuesday for a second look as well as see a couple more that came up. She was a great resource for us since we are not familiar with the Denver neighborhoods, commutes or basements. :)

She scheduled and managed the inspection process, worked with seller on repairs, stayed in contact with our lender and kept us on schedule for dates and deadlines. Contract to close took about 30 days. She was such a pleasure to work with and we could not have gotten it done without her managing the process for us. Would definitely highly recommend.

While many in her field treat being broker as more of a hobby and a financial windfall in their lives; Kim is dedicated and on it 24 / 7. She is a PRO with her work ethic and her knowledge... it was very apparent when contrasting her with the other brokers we met in the process.
(I’m not surprised her name is “Byers” because she takes great care of “buyers”. But I guess you could rename her "Sellers" too as she was awesome with us as “sellers” too.)

Kim Byers is amazing! We have worked with her both buying and selling homes. She is very responsive and always follows up on details. We made a quick decision to put our house on the market recently, and were under contract to sell within 3 days of listing the house for more than 15% over asking price. She coordinated the closings of both the house we were buying and the house we were selling, and made sure all went smoothly. If we buy or sell again, we will definitely use Kim!
