Dan stands out from the rest. I been looking for a year now for the perfect piece of land. I spoke to many realtors and none stayed in touch and followed up as they said they would. I live far from the area and Dan has been out in the field and walking in the woods for me and even taking drone footage for me. Finally he has found what I was looking for. When we first met Dan, he explained the selling process and how his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. Our home went under contract in a little over a week. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, with our many questions. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself in his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us!
