My husband and I absolutely loved working with Cristyn on finding our new home. We needed more space than our current home provided as we had a baby on the way. Crisryn listened to our needs and wants. Never pushed us into looking at a home we didn't like. Answered all of our questions no matter how dumb we thought it might have been. She was there every step of the way keeping us informed on what was next. We can never thank her enough and will definitely be using her again in the future.

Cristyn- is amazing!
She goes above and beyond, our purchase came at a time where I was going on vacation and my husband and I really wanted this property.

We were able to put in the offer, Cristyn scheduled the inspection and was present during the inspection. We also closed within 2 weeks

I've known Cristyn for a long while. Without exception, everything she does, she does well. But this was the first time I'd worked with her as my realtor. It would be easy for me to say that she went "up and beyond" for me, because I am her friend. However, because I know her so well, I know that this is just the way she treats every single client and transaction. Cristyn was so easy to work with with my hectic schedule! I was in between day shift and night shift and she met me where I was at. Her responses were always prompt, from the start of just thinking of looking to closing. She was able to recommend a great mortgage company for me too. Thank you so much Cristyn! Cristyn was so help full and very informative about things. She so do willing to work with you on things. I was not able to drive to the closing she had the title company send a notary to me. She made feel so comfortable in working with a realtor again, who was working for me not for themselves only. Cristyn did an awesome job in working with my circumstances. The presentation she did in listing and showing my house was great. Thank you Cristyn for all that you did.

Cristyn exceeded my expectations! I interviewed three agents and right away, I knew she was the one for us. She went above and beyond. I’m so thankful to have had such a knowledgeable agent. She takes pride in her work, and it absolutely shows. She explained everything in detail, from start to finish. Cristyn was recommended to me by my long time agent Adam Abt. I was looking to relocate two hours away due to a job change and Adam suggested his best contact in my new area. From the beginning, I was very happy with the amount of communication and hard work Cristyn applied to my new home search. She was amazing with our initial phone calls and texts. She lined up an entire day of homes to view that were within my requirements and we went to work! She was amazing to work with I loved the energy that she brought with her.
