Cathy and Steve did a fantastic job of selling our home. Not only did they promote and market it but they also came out to the house and spent a great deal of time helping us getting it ready to sell. Additionally, when the house sold, they stayed with us throughout the closing process and assisted us in making sure all of the final tests, (well/septic, etc), were completed. We appreciate so much the time and care Cathy and Steve gave us and would highly recommend them to sell your home!

Cathy Nowell was probably the best Real Estate Professional I have ever had over the years. My transaction ended up being difficult sale, with several restrictions and required steps, in order to satisfy the sale and get to closing. She kept me updated along the way, assisted me when I needed to get something done, but was out of town, and she went above and beyond to help me along the way. She is prompt to return messages/calls and helped make a difficult sale much better by lending a listening ear and provided help and solutions to get the sale finally done. She is highly, highly recommended!

From the moment we were introduced, Cathy worked to make the process as easy and painless for the two of us. She offered suggestions to increase the value of our home and was always available for questions the two of us may have had.

She helped us navigate the emotions of leaving our home and preparing for our new home in Tennessee. We moved a couple of months prior to our home selling. Cathy kept us abreast of all items related to our sale as well as going above and beyond and handling some changes necessary for our sale.

Cathy is definitely the agent you want representing you if you’re selling your home. She is beyond amazing! She was with us every step of the way; from getting the house ready, to listing, showing, negotiating, dealing with the home inspection, all the way to closing! First of all my property was more than challenging to list and to market. It had been on the market one year prior and listed by two different seasoned mandarin top producing agents in all of Northern Virginia. And even though the market had picked up as soon as the listed expired with agent #2 Cathy acquired the listing. Immediately there was interest and showings and there were offers coming in however I held out and the perfect offer was presented and we went to settlement in less than 30 days. Cathy Nowell had done it! She had done what the others couldn’t or wouldn’t do, even top producing seasoned veteran agents. And when Steve Nowell steps on board with his knowledge and experience in the real estate industry….these 2 together are unstoppable. They have been more than helpful they are awesome and I would highly recommend them

You hear the words "above and beyond" a lot, but I can honestly say without question they apply to Cathy and her husband Steve.
