Kelli was great! She was recommended to us by family members. We connected right away. Her warm and confident personality convinced us that she was the right agent to help us list and sell our beautiful home!
We listed the house when the housing market was booming. We received an offer right away. We were sure these buyers were the ones. But despite tying up our home from other offers, our buyers decided to walk away at the last moment. We were devastated. The market had taken an incredible drop and interest rates had skyrocketed! Kelli’s positive attitude and her quick response to our every need during that difficult period was so helpful and appreciated. She kept telling us to stay
positive, that this was going to happen.
It took 4 long very stressful months but Kelli was with us all the way patiently putting up with our many doubts. We were so grateful to her for keeping us calm and focused. And in the end, when the process was finally over, we understood why we originally just knew that she had the ability to get the job done!

Kelli is great to work with. She was recommended to my daughter by a co-worker. She helped my daughter sell her house and then purchase a new one. When we decided to sell a "difficult" property we owned we called Kelli. She made it happen. Kelli is thorough, knows what she is doing and works hard.

Kelli is the BEST agent I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. I used her as a buyer for a new home in Chico based on high recommendation from a seller who used her. She was on top of things constantly - she provided great guidance on how to submit the best offer so that it would get accepted. Whenever there was an issue or question that came up - she was on it IMMEDIATELY! I can’t recommend her enough!!

I would definitely recommend Kelli and use her again in the future! She made the whole process seem like a breeze and she no doubt knew exactly what she was doing. She’s very quick to respond and helped make sure we were sticking to our time frame with any documentation and signing needed. She’s very transparent and helped steer us away from undesirable neighborhoods which we definitely appreciated and she always gave us the inside scoop on any property we were interested in. She had some cool tricks up her sleeve that I’ve never seen other realtors do- I truly think it helped us get the house we wanted!
