If you want a smooth easy hassle free real estate transaction then Sandra is the agent for you. I had to sell an out of state property due to a death and the whole process couldn’t have been any easier thanks to Sandra. She was very conscientious of my wants and responds quickly to any communication. My only regret is we never got to meet face to face. I highly recommend her for any real estate transactions you may have and she will be my go to agent in the Myrtle Beach area.

I just can't say enough good things about Sandra. She definitely went above and beyond to assist us in acquiring and selling our properties. She is definitely professional in all she does. She is quick to respond to any questions, concerns, etc.
I definitely recommend Sandra if you are looking for an agent that puts you and your needs above everything else.

Sandra is the consummate professional and is definitely one of the best and most supportive Realtors we know.

We started our search before the pandemic and for obvious reasons we had to put our search on hold. When we finally were ready to begin the search again, Sandra didn’t miss a beat. She was responsive, knowledgeable and walked us through the process.

Her knowledge of the area wasn’t outstanding which we needed as we are not local.

We met Sandra about a year and a half before we actually moved to North Myrtle Beach. We had never been here before so we were going on computer research for the area. Sandra took time to show us around and picked out communities she felt met our "Must Haves". We didn't buy that first trip but when we finally decided this was the place to be, She again spent a lot of time with us until we found our dream home in the Tidewater Plantation Community.' Sandra was very knowledgeable of the area and the housing stock. She was organized, on time, professional, and saw the process through from beginning to end. We would always recommend Sandra to anyone buying or selling in the area.
