As a first time home buyer, Dawn's attention to detail and patience with all of my questions was invaluable. She was quick to respond and kept me updated during the whole process (including time sensitive negotiations and closing steps!), made sure I got money back and was covered on warranties where I needed during closing, and overall extremely flexible. I had the privilege of working with Dawn for a couple of weeks on the closing of our land. Dawn was so attentive and kept me updated daily! She was so good about being excited when we were excited and making this an overall great experience. Dawn even followed up after closing multiple times to make sure if we needed anything else, and just a few recommendations on what we could be doing. I appreciated Dawn so much during our process! McLarry Property Group sold 2 properties for our family after the sudden passing of our mother, due to Covid. Not only were they professional in providing excellent information and guidance, but they were also genuinely sympathetic to the loss of our mother. Their group utilized technology and provided the ability to work with heirs that were located out of town and out of state for document signatures and reviews. They were excellent in communicating realtor showings and realtor/client feedback along with commitment follow through. Thank you for helping us through this season of our life.

As we were planning a relocation from California to Texas (as political refugees) we began searching for an agent on-line.

We actually found the McLarry’s via a YouTube search about Tyler, Texas (we had driven through Tyler on the way to taking our daughter to intern at CMT). We sent a request to the McLarry’s and after a few back and forth conversations with Chris, we flew into Tyler for a meeting with the McLarry team and to get a closer idea of what specific area we wanted to purchase.

We explained once our current house sold we would get back into contact with them. Fast forward to March my husband flew back to Texas with only @ five days to find our new home with enough acreage for our goats/chickens and start the offer process. Chris & Dawn were absolutely fantastic! They devoted a solid four days to helping us in the search, getting houses opened and guiding us all over the Piney Woods area. Their understanding of the current market as related to specific neighborhoods was invaluable, certainly saving us time and energy.

By the end of the week we had selected our new home (thank you Ms. Dawn!) and made an offer. Our experience with the McLarry’s didn’t end there though. While back in California they remained an essential part of our team; guiding us through a long distance home purchase. Their wisdom, patience and perseverance truly made the difference as they found us (and all of our animals) a place to stay at until the seller could finish her move out. I can’t say enough in recommending the McLarry’s team as an agent. They absolutely went above and beyond what anyone would think of expecting from an realtor.
