Christian takes a very personal approach to helping buy or sell homes. Our process wasn't easy (unrelated to Chiristian's efforts) but his thoroughness and communication helped us stay positive. His way of communicating is genuine and that was important to our family as he helped us reach our goal.

Christian was fantastic to work with. He provided great insight to us throughout the home buying process. He was helpful in identifying prospective properties, discussing the strengths/weaknesses, analyzing price point, and negotiating with the seller's agent on our final buy. He was patient with us throughout the process explaining the next steps, and we never felt pressured to buy. One unique attribute Christian brings to the table is his knowledge of maintenance of homes. We felt like we bought a great place, and that was in part due to Christian's extensive knowledge of home care and maintenance. If we ever sell this place, we will definitely use Christian again.

Amazing experience! Christian is incredibly knowledgeable from both a transaction perspective and inspection. He knows a lot about quality work in a house, what fixes need to be made, what are the red flags and what is easily repairable and how to repair. Communication is so key in todays market and he is the type of person wants to get stuff done asap, but not due to wanting to close a deal, it’s because he knows that you have to move incredibly quickly in this market and he does just that. You’re more than just a ‘customer’ when working with him. If you have the pleasure of working with him you won’t be disappointed!
