Meet Kathryn Strand – a true Austinite who has resided in Austin since 1977. She's a long-time "mover and shaker" in residential and resort real estate in Central Texas and Northern Michigan. Kathryn understands what it is like to stand in her clients' shoes. She has a sensitivity towards her client's journey; all attributed to the first-hand perspective she has gained through her personal experiences.

Kathryn raised her three children in the Westlake area of Austin and knows every inch of this wonderful city. Kathryn has a great feel for the movement of the real estate market in various parts of Austin, the school districts, and future growth probabilities for the region as a whole.

Kathryn enjoys renovating homes, helping people build wealth through real estate, and hanging out with her pups.

Kathryn and her team were instrumental in Beau and I finding the house of our dreams. Not only was Kathryn immediately responsive and thorough in answering our numerous questions as first time home buyers, she also was always available and willing to help us tour homes we wanted to see. She advocated and fought for us the whole way through. We couldn’t have done this without her. We loved her so much, she’s invited to our housewarming! We can not recommend them highly enough.

Kathryn Strand has been wonderful throughout our transaction. This was a fast close during a very busy time and the biggest issues were with repairs to the property. She did a great job addressing our needs in a timely fashion with minimal drama. She also personally took care of tasks that we could not do/attend to . I highly recommend her and Eunice. Lastly she really knows the inventory and real estate community in Austin, so if you are looking for that special property, that is her greatest skill. Thanks.
