Chris represented us when we bought a home in Hendersonville, TN in 2015.
So, this year when we decided to sell that house we called Chris.
He came out, sat down with us and came up with an asking price.
Chris then lined up the photographer and got some great photos and video.
(He also had virtual staging for our empty house available which we never needed to do because it sold so fast)
The asking price Chris gave us was more than we expected but we went with it.
It was shown one day and we got multiple offers.
After the home inspection there were several items that needed to be fixed.
In our minds these repairs would probably cost 10K.
Chris knew exactly who to call to get the repairs done.
The repairs were done for less than half the cost we were thinking.
On top of that, they were done in just a few days after the home inspection.
This allowed us to make the buyer happy, and still close in a timely manner.
