Kyle was very patient with us and helped us to find the perfect home! We were looking for an energy efficient house in the hills, and Kyle showed us quite a few options over the course of 6 months. He was a great communicator, and advocated on our behalf throughout the whole process. We valued his perspective as a seasoned realtor in the Fairbanks market and as a small business owner himself. Approximately 1 year ago, my husband and I decided to make a hefty move to Alaska from Kentucky. We made a trip up to look into several areas and from there we narrowed down where we would like to live. When we got put in touch with Kyle, he went above so many expectations of what was expected from a realtor. Not only did he get every detail we would ask for on each and every home, but would also include many things we hadn’t yet asked for but were very vital to the homes. He answered nearly every call and would call back very quickly when one was missed. He gave us tons of information not only about homes but also the areas. Including things that most people take for granted but with us not living there during the process, we had no clue. Such as trash services, gas services, electric services, whether or not a mailbox was present or if a PO box was required. He put us in touch with the right engineer to do an inspection. He was very timely in all the handled and very professional and friendly. We bought our home aight unseen, with Kyle offering to do a live walk thru of the home. He help make this daring move peaceful. After a year of getting everything in order to buy a home and make this move, We closed on our home just a few weeks ago and after 7 days of driving, arriving at midnight, and an alarm going off on the door, Kyle answered a call from us regarding the alarm with no hesitation even though it was so late. He has continued to check in with us as we are getting settled and I would recommend him to anyone in this area. He Definitely puts the peoples wants first. He never tried to pressure us into looking into anything we were not interested in and provided daily emails with new and upcoming homes listed. You can tell Kyle loves what he does and it shows through his work ethic and personality.

I have used several realtors over the years and Kyle is the best…It’s not close.
He gives realistic feedback, follows up consistently, if and when something goes wrong he stays calm and collected.
His experience sets him apart, so you always have an answer and he is able to explain things in a way you can understand.
The best thing about working with Kyle is he is a professional. He hears your goals and sets out to meet those. Everything about the sale is getting you to your goal and it’s done in a professional manner.
You don’t have to worry about a fast one being pulled on you.
I will send friends and family his direction when buying or selling a home.

Kyle never gave up on us. He remained calm, cool and supportive throughout the selling of our rental home. We went through a few hurdles in selling this home and almost thought we may have to back out but Kyle remained positive and stayed focused the entire time. We would definitely recommend him as a great real estate agent for anyone else wanting to buy or sell a home.

We have known Kyle from when he was a lanky kid in high school. Always polite kind and well mannered. Through all those years he has not changed. Just recently he helped me work out a deal on some land. Everything from start to finish went flawlessly. He researched everything thoroughly and helped close the deal. I contacted Kyle to get an assessment on one of my rental property’s. He told me I could get x amount, he would contact the tenants, arrange for all meetings and showings, and I would be able to be totally hands of in the selling process if I hired him. He lived up to his word, I got a full price offer and didn’t have to do anything except sign the necessary documents. He was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and would answer any questions I had any time of the day. If you are trying to sell your house and are looking for someone that understands that your time is important to you, will put his time in to make the process easy, I couldn’t recommend him more. Don’t hire an agent that makes promises and doesn’t deliver when you are under contract, hire Kyle Allison.
