I am very pleased with my experience in buying a house. Raquel did very well to help us through the process of being first time home buyers. She was able to answer all of our questions and went to bat for us the whole way. 10/10 highly recommend.

Raquel does not leave any stone uncovered. She took on a difficult task when she agreed to sale our land. Every time a problem occurred, she put on her big smile and solved it. She was amazing getting answers and getting what was needed for the sale. I would recommend her 100%. She is definitely an expert on land real estate. Raquel is the to go to realtor if you need to sale or buy, home or land.

Our home was on the market with beautiful pictures within a week of contacting Raquel. We had several offers right away. Raquel explained each offer and was very responsive answering all of our questions. We went under contract in a matter of days and ended up selling above asking price. The closing was right on schedule and went really smooth. She is a dedicated real estate agent who always keeps her clients interests in mind and diligently ensures all facets of a transaction are attended to. She has a thorough knowledge of her job, communicates effectively and is a pleasure to work with!

Raquel Zaccardi was a newer realtor in the Real Estate Market when I met her. She worked hard on my complicated house sale making sure it sold and I stayed on the timeline to meet all the dates. She made solutions happen when problems came up, even at the closing table when I was going to walk away from the sale. I had asked other realtors about listing my fixer house for sale and was told I needed to be moved out of it before listing it. I had nowhere to go to until getting a sale contract first so I had listed it myself on Zillow, Facebook, and Craigslist. Raquel had seen my ad and contacted me with a buyer. The buyer chose another house but Raquel asked me if I was interested in listing with her. I said yes. We listed that day and she helped me choose a reasonable sale price for the property, within 4 days I had 8 showings and a contract that was agreeable to close in 22 days. There were some hiccups along the way but Raquel solved them with research and contacts. I recommend Raquel Zaccardi as a realtor who can get things done, especially if you’re patient when you have a complication in your property sale. It was a whirlwind. She even took me to where I needed to be when my car broke down and helped me move some items off the property too! Above and beyond service that was completely unexpected!
