If we sell or buy property in the future Lana Melver will be our Agent. She sold our home and netted us a healthy sale in just a few weeks. Additionally and in tandem we purchased our new home thru Lana. It was a smooth transition. Our questions: everything from paint color to septic tank location were answered expeditiously, paperwork provided as backup, and moving help was offered and accepted. Needless to say we were very happy to work with such a professional caring Real Estate Agent.

There is only one way to explain how good Lana is and that is AMAZING. She had to juggle so many things in getting us a house that checked all of the boxes and then some. She was dealing with our house selling in Oregon that had financing issues with our buyers, our new home had issues with the appraisal, and finding a suitable home for our sellers. Keep in mind that all of theses closed within a day or two each other. If that was not enough she had to find a rental for us where we could keep some livestock, and a storage unit to put some of our stuff during the move. I am not sure how she managed to continue working other properties with all of this going but she did. Our agent selling our old home referred her by saying she was a rock star but I am not sure he knows how correct he was when he made that recommendation.
Lana and I have worked on a few land home new construction projects. Each went smoothly and resulted in happy home buyers closing on a new factory-built home!
