One of my friends recommended Cathy when I was interviewing listing agents to help sell my house. Cathy was one of the two realtors who clicked right from the first meeting. From the onset she demonstrated a high level of professionalism that I expected from any realtor. In addition to the CMA, she also understood my goals and concerns with entrusting my house to any realtor for the sale. At that time I had not decided whether to sell my house or rent it out and Cathy very patiently awaited my decision. Her advise to invest in staging and her professional recommendation of the staging company helped a lot in ensuring my house was presented in the best light possible. Her photographer took stunning photos and videos of the staged house. I'm an intermediate level photographer myself and know how much patience is needed in getting that perfect shot! At one point, looking at the mind blowing photographs of the fully staged house, our family had second thoughts of selling the house and potentially withdrawing from the sale! I had planned to move out at the end of the process after all contingencies were accounted for. However, Cathy advised moving out before the house went on the market. Staying during the time of Corona/Covid-19 is far too much exposure with strangers visiting the house. I did get a chance to visit my house prior to the sale and Cathy had ensured that the house was well kept. On multiple occasions she rushed to the house when the potential buyer's agent reported any issues they observed while viewing the house. Despite the staging, excellent photos and having multiple offers, our first attempt to sell did not succeed. Cathy remained steadfast bringing the same energy as before. She suggested a few different options and strategies to help sell the house. Her timely advice was instrumental in getting offers well above the list price. Throughout the entire process, she kept me well informed and promptly answered the phone. Whenever I had a question about anything in the home-buying process, Cathy was ready with an answer or willing to do the research. These are the very things that set an excellent realtor apart from the average ones. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking in the Silicon Valley area. Needless to say, I will contact Cathy whenever I'm buying or selling a house in the San Francisco Bay Area!!!

For anyone out there looking for something you can count on to advocate for you, Cathy is as good as they come. She is on top of every step along the way. She responds quickly and follows up with banks, sellers, contractors, inspectors...without being asked. We are very thankful to have worked with her to buy our first home. She was always on-time or early and several times showed up to allow inspectors/contractors to do their thing when we were not able to make it. Overall I would highly recommend Cathy for your buying agent needs. Our process was far from easy. Cathy remained calm no matter what curveball was thrown our way. As a first-time home buyer, we feel lucky to have been working with Cathy to find our first home in the bay area. Cathy is very professional, responsive, and considerable for her customers. Every time we had a tour of the properties we were interested in, she arrived early to have a good understanding of the property we were about to see. She was well prepared and did her own research on the properties for us. She was honest and shared her opinion and thoughts on the pros and cons of properties. She was patient to answer our questions. For the questions she couldn't answer immediately, she would try her best to find the answers for us. Cathy is also a great communicator that proactively collected various helpful information from the seller agents and relevant parties (i.e. HOA, sewer company) throughout our house searching process. We are very satisfied and thankful for her five-star service. Zach and Torri also very responsive and saved us a lot of time and money. Their move-in survival kit was very thoughtful.
