This realtor over exceeded in every aspect of my purchase ! She wrote up my contract and put many things in my favor that I didn’t even know were possible to acquire from a buyer .. Most importantly answered her phone even on a Sunday morning or afternoon . Showed me numerous properties everyday of the week ! When I finally picked the one I wanted she would still go and show me it while I was under contract so that I can measure everything and plan for my move in and furniture purchase. She steered me in the right direction for my inspection and inspector and handled every aspect ! Also guided me to a great title agency !
