After we’d found a house and our offer was accepted, Teresa had a medical emergency. She was hospitalized for a week. That could have been a disaster with a lesser broker. But during that critical time and afterwards, Teresa and her daughter-in-law Mary kept in contact with us, the seller’s agent, lawyers, repairment, inspectors, etc., and they handled every detail. We got the answers we needed, met all the deadlines, and got the deal done.
Now we have a beautiful house we love. We’re very grateful to Teresa and Mary for making our dream retreat a reality.
