My wife and I chose Teresa Bailey because we liked her down-to-earth, no-nonsense personality. We felt like whatever real estate (or life!) could throw at her, she could handle.

After we’d found a house and our offer was accepted, Teresa had a medical emergency. She was hospitalized for a week. That could have been a disaster with a lesser broker. But during that critical time and afterwards, Teresa and her daughter-in-law Mary kept in contact with us, the seller’s agent, lawyers, repairment, inspectors, etc., and they handled every detail. We got the answers we needed, met all the deadlines, and got the deal done.
Now we have a beautiful house we love. We’re very grateful to Teresa and Mary for making our dream retreat a reality.

First met Teresa when we purchased our land. Then when we were ready to sell we called her again. She works tirelessly to get your property sold and to get the best price.
