My wife and I chose Teresa Bailey because we liked her down-to-earth, no-nonsense personality. We felt like whatever real estate (or life!) could throw at her, she could handle.

Boy, were we right!

Teresa is a straight shooter and problem solver. She knows her market. But what impressed us most was her follow-through and commitment to customer service.

Teresa gets things done!

After we’d found a house and our offer was accepted, Teresa had a medical emergency. She was hospitalized for a week. That could have been a disaster with a lesser broker. But during that critical time and afterwards, Teresa and her daughter-in-law Mary kept in contact with us, the seller’s agent, lawyers, repairment, inspectors, etc., and they handled every detail. We got the answers we needed, met all the deadlines, and got the deal done.

Now we have a beautiful house we love. We’re very grateful to Teresa and Mary for making our dream retreat a reality.

My Aunt recommended Teresa after she sold her vacation house in Canton. Our family also "had" a vacation property in Canton that we closed on today!!! If you want a hard working, dependable agent this is your lady. She will keep in contact with you and that was very important to me, even if she was at the dirt track with her 6 adopted kid's... she will answer the phone!!! We also have a rental property there that we are selling and we are using her as our agent again!!! On a scale from 1 to 10 I recommend Teresa a 100%!!!

From the time we contacted Teresa she was professional and courteous. She is knowledgeable about everything in her field. She gets things done quickly and efficiently. She is professional, honest, and a knowledgeable agent. I had several unusual things pop up, and she was by my side to help me through each one of them. First met Teresa when we purchased our land. Then when we were ready to sell we called her again. She works tirelessly to get your property sold and to get the best price. She is always open to any ideas or suggestions you might have and is always ready to listen to you. She is knowledgeable, professional and has a very positive attitude. Teresa was truly exceptional from initial point of contact to beyond closing. I was immediately impressed with her responsiveness (early morning - outside of business hours/workdays), her level of knowledge and "tell it like it is" upfront honesty. I'm so grateful Teresa was my selected agent to walk us through selling our parents' home.

She did an amazing job gathering vital information about the home, creating the "write-up" and not to mention State of the Art photos and 3D video. Our home was under contract in less than 72 hours of listing.
