Offrs customer support is fabulous (probably the best in the industry). I signed up to give it a try after having burnt by other lead gen/real estate service companies. Offrs has been great resolving the issues in a prompt manner that I had during the onboarding process. Hope Offrs doesn't disappoint me and looking forward to expanding my business with Offrs.
I have been in Real Estate for 15 years....in that time I have tried SOOOO many of the shiny objects out there, that are sold to Realtors.Most companies get you on the phone and make you think their product will be the absolute best thing for your business...after all they get paid to do that, and perhaps they really do believe it to be true. Unfortunately after you sign up, we learn the sad truth...we wasted out money and we were duped again:-( Well offers IS the real deal.....Elliott and Ryan are SPECTACULAR...they both went over and above, to make certain that I knew everything I needed to know to market my business and get more listings, and get this...they did all if this AFTER the sale. Usually after companies charge your card, you never get to speak with a real person again. You are told to submit a ticket or use the chat , or watch training video. Sometimes it can take days to here back if at all. Not with Offrs, they make certain you know their system. Elliot and Ryan were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, helpful. They answered my dozens of questions. Most companies will try to get you off the phone asap so they can go on to the next sale. They even make you feel stupid for asking questions...who wants to work with someone who makes you feel stupid right? Well with Offrs it's SO different, they really do care if you succeed. and they put the best of the best on their team, to make certain that happens.Their sales people are unbelievable to work with...I wish I had employees like that on my team...so Elliott, Ryan, if you ever come to Dallas look me up:-)

after doing some research I contacted Offrs, I placed an inquiry on a Sunday evening and Monday morning I was contacted by Josh Wortley, great conversation, walked me thru the process, services and where they can be a resource. After signing up with Offrs, I would be contacted by Ahmed Bajwa who is a team leader, he was right on time with his call to me, walked me thru the processes, and apps they offer, educating me more on Offers. nice to work with a company who communicates well, on time and took the time to answer my questions.
Ahmed's service was great. Most REALTORS don't understand the concept of "brand building," We hear the words Sphere of Influence all the time, but what we really want is a brand. When people think real estate in my community, I want them to think of me, and to be calling me when they're thinking of buying, selling, or investing in real estate. And Offrs understands that concept and is dedicated to helping REALTORS get to that level where they are the person to hire when it;s time to list your home in his/her area.
Offrs does a good job in providing realtors and real estate professionals with leads on the sell and buy side. The competitive advantage for Offrs is customer service. In my instance specifically Ahmed worked quickly, effectively, and efficiently to solve problems and provide solutions as needed. Keep up the good work!

I had a call scheduled for today at 9:00am with Ahmed Fraz Bajwa from Offrs. My phone rand exactly at 9:00am Hawaii time. Ahmad called me from Canada. He spent 40 minutes explaining to me the "Email Auto Pilot" application and how best to use it. We set up a weekly campaign and reviewed the best strategy for a drip campaign to my farm area.
I am now more confident than ever about the inevitable success of this program and that this platform will bring to me and my business. Anyone can sell you a program to improve your business on line but it's the amount of effort you put into the program and most importantly the "Customer Support" that makes it all worth it. I've been a Realtor for 18 years and I've tried everything but honestly this is the very very very best customer service I have ever received. Ahmed has been so very helpful in getting leads into files and handles requests. There are many opportunities and leads here. Having just had it a couple of weeks I hope it more than pays for itself. Ahmed has been a big part of getting things situated and settled. I would definitely recommend him.
