There is an obvious reason Garrett was the Palm Coast Realtor of the year. My wife and I were searching to buy a home in Palm Coast. After looking at may properties we weren't finding a good fit. Garrett suggested we buy land and build. My wife wanted to be on a cul de sac. Garrett emailed us several propteries (while he was preparing to go on vacation by the way) and the last one was perfect. Cul de sac with a canal in the back which we purchased. Garrett provided excellent guidance through the land purchase and several home builders . We are close to signing a contract with the one that we have chosen. Garrett has been accessible, responsive, knowledgeable and "direct" with the builders on our behalf when necessary. I'm predicting the 2023 Palm Coast Realtor of the Year will again be Garrett Decker. And just so everyone knows, I don't do many reviews. But the reviews I do I feel strongly about. Thanks Garrett! Keep up the great work!

Garrett was amazing! We wanted a parcel to build a custom house, and he helped us to find and secure the deal. We are especially thankful because we are still out of state, and the due diligence concerning the buildability of the parcel would be extremely difficult to us without Garrett's help. He contacted lots of people on our behalf and got all the info we needed or asked for. We would highly recommend him for people out of state wanting to buy in Palm Coast, Flagler Beach or around.

Garrett was very helpful in locating a building lot in the area we had targeted to build. He met with us at the location and presented our offer expeditiously to the owners. The first round we were not able to make a deal however a few months later Garrett presented another offer and it was accepted. He was helpful during the closing and was able to get additional information for us concerning the development. We would not hesitate to engage Garrett in the future.

Garrett went out of his way to help us by accommodating to our schedule. He didn't just bombard us with house listings but carefully chose a list tailored to our preferences. He has a wealth of knowledge of resources in the community that helped us buy the house and remodel it as well which was above his duties as an agent. Garrett Decker was very helpful in finding us a home in our price range in a community we wanted to live. Two other agents from another real estate firm who touted their expertise in the Ormond Beach area were ineffective in getting us a home before we found Garrett.
