I can't say enough about our experience working with Micah. After several months of living through this pandemic, my wife and I decided it was time to get more space since our home had become our place of work, our entertainment venue and was about to be our kids' future school. So, we reached out to Micah and within a week we had a contract in on our new dream home, and because of her negotiation skills we were able to lock it in at a great price ($40K under the appraised value).
