The Henderson team was recommended to me by my best friend who just purchased her first home with them. They helped me list and sell my condo walking me through the whole process and carefully explaining the whole process. When I had questions they were there to answer. They keep you in the loop of how the process is going. I absolutely loved the promptness. Mark and Patty are a great team! I will definitely be working with them to find my forever home in the next year or so! Thank you for making my first experience a great one!

I had an amazing experience purchasing a home with help from the Henderson's. They were very patient with me while looking at houses and never pushed me into making a decision right away. Patty and Mark were fantastic. As a newbie house buyer, I asked a ton of questions which they answered readily. They held my hand through multiple showings, helped me define my actual requirements and educated me on the closing process when I found my "forever home". Absolutely great experience! The very best part is that I got two new friends from the experience! Thanks, Patty and Mark!

Mark and Patty are an amazing team! Patty was extremely helpful with setting up showings and getting all the paperwork figured out. Mark was amazing with meeting up with us and helping us understand the process and what to look out for. For a process that is already stressful for anybody, they made it as smooth as possible and treated us like family. We highly recommend going with Mark and Patty!

I absolutely loved my experience with both Patty and Mark. They were both helpful from the beginning of my home buying process to the very end. I loved the fact they were available anytime I needed them and they’re very resourceful. I felt comfortable buying the home I have now thanks to them. I would recommend the Henderson’s always as a first choice.

I called Mark on a Wednesday, had a meeting on Sunday, sold it that week. Quickest sale I've ever seen. One showing and it was sold. He even did a repair on the house for the New Owners. Any expectation I could've had, he blew out of the water. I would recommend to everyone. You want to sell our but a home? Call Mark

The Henderson team is absolutely fantastic for what they've done for me during my home purchase and sale. Mark and Patty both went above and beyond to make sure that all the paperwork was not just correct, but to make sure that I understood everything as it happened, what everything meant, and could easily understand what was going on. They're absolutely the best, if I move again in the future they're the first ones I'll call.

I contacted the Henderson Team in what felt like a desperate situation. It was time to get my parents moved back to Michigan due to health issues. However, buying in a pandemic required a lot of self discipline, not getting disappointed easily and patience...none of which I have! What we love about Mark and Patty is that they are prompt, professional, diligent, fun, intelligent and make us feel like we are in such good hands. When they are with us, they are "with us". They always respond to our emails and phone messages. This makes us feel very comfortable in this crazy market. I've never had any Realtor carry a flashlight and check out my potential home purchases with such thoroughness. I hope to never have to sell/buy again, but if I do, they are my team. I have already told several friends who are potentially in the market about them. Keep up the great work guys.
