I cannot recommend Brooke enough. My girlfriend and i initially began looking for a home in March of 2020 as Covid peaked, and through a combination of circumstances, we suffered numerous setbacks in finding a place to call our own. Through it all, Brooke never gave up and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect place. Her outstanding attitude, excellent character, exemplary sense of humor and tenacity to get us into our own home shone through the tough times and led to us closing on our home in September. Brooke is simply the best, hands down!

Brooke was amazing throughout our whole homebuying process. We started looking right as states started going on lockdown, not to mention this is our first house, so we had so many questions and concerns. Brooke was always willing to explain answers to us or if in the rare case she didn't know, she would find out. And follow though- which I feel is rare these days! She was prompt and never took long at all to reply to texts/emails. Even when we spent a whole day looking at houses, if we saw one that just went on the market she was able to get us in that same day (it happened with the house we ended up buying as well!). I would 100% recommend Brooke and her team not only for the reasons listed above but also due to her open flow of communication, professionalism, and honesty with her extensive knowledge of houses during walkthroughs.

Brooke is amazing and very kind. She is patient throughout the whole process if buying a home or even finding the right one in your price range. She also is very understanding if you're "not quiet ready" and helps when you start to get cold feet. I've yet to meet a realtor that was willing to work with you rather then for them. Brooke helped to make our dreams come true. She listened to what we wanted and quickly helped us to right the right home. She did all the hard work dealing with inspections and negotiations. Brooke is Amazing! She is very friendly and not pushy. She let us look at so many houses and some were probably over an hour drive for her. She answered every question and was always a text or phone call away. If I had to do this whole experience over I'd choose Brooke every single time. We loved her!

I had met Brooke at an open house and I was impressed with how honest and client oriented she was. We had come into an open house off the street and she really worked for us to help us get everything we wanted. Our offer was accepted just days before stay at home orders went into effect and she remained calm and kept us informed and on track with our closing dates, connecting us with necessary resources that we wouldnt of had otherwise. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

Brooke was an amazing agent for us. My husband and I were unsure at the beginning if we would able to move and when COVID hit it made everything that much more up in the air.
