Rachel reached out and worked closely with our mortgage broker, minimizing the back-and-forth we had to deal with for approvals, etc. She also helped us through multiple negotiations and providing excellent recommendations for inspectors and other service people as well as working with the seller's broker through a number of issues. Rachel was extremely responsive and kept us fully informed whenever we had questions or there were developments. I highly recommend her.

From the moment we began thinking about deciding to buy a home, we were overwhelmed with just about everything. We came into contact with Rachel and immediately felt like our needs would be met and that we would surely find our future home! Rachel started as our realtor and left as a friend. Rachel made buying a house such an any process. From start to finish she was always there making sure I knew what the next step was. Rachel helped me find a nice home that was in my budget and I'm sure I will live here for years to come. However, if I do ever decide to move Rachel will definitely be at the top of my list and I will also recommend her to anyone I know!

Rachel spent multiple days at open houses making sure everything was going as planned. We had limited time to look for a home, as we were from out of town, but the times we were able to look she made sure she was available. She is very kind and professional. This was my husband & I’s fourth time buying a house, and Rachel was by far the best agent we’ve ever had. She was extremely hardworking and knowledgeable. She helped us navigate a very difficult market, and was excellent at listening to our wants, needs, concerns, etc.. Rachel was an excellent communicator. She answered and returned our emails, texts, and phone calls very quickly. She was very organized, and made the whole process seamless. Rachel Grunert did an amazing job as my realtor! She quickly learned what I was looking for and was able to locate many affordable and exciting options to be my first home. Throughout the process, Rachel demonstrated a multitude of qualities that I was looking for in a real estate professional. Those included knowledge of the industry, market and area I was searching in. Being new to the Kansas City area, Rachel was able to provide insight into the different areas I looked and the pros and cons of those places to allow me to make an informed decision. On top of that, her responsiveness and persistency were incredibly impressive. I didn't have any instances where I could not get a hold of her or get an answer to the questions I had. She displayed persistency by making sure she got an answer to any question I may have had for the seller or listing agent even if they weren't as responsive.
