We got connected with Kim through zillow when requesting to tour places. She was a blessing for us! She worked extremely hard for us and was great with communication. Whenever we were stressed about the process she was able to keep our mind at ease and we never felt like there was a possibility of us not finding a home. They went out of their way to find homes in our price range, location and that would meet the needs of our multi-generational family. They made multiple trips north to Sandpoint so we could look at homes around my work schedule. Kim and Lloyd helped us to buy a home in Sagle, Idaho. They were outstanding throughout the entire process. They demonstrated great negotiation skills and were very 'in tune' with what we were looking for in a home. They have a keen eye for detail and understand how to assign value to desired features in homes and on properties in general. They also have a good ability to negotiate on a buyer's behalf when there are items in need of repair or that may mitigate an asking price.

We had a difficult house to sell. A beautiful high priced home 17 miles out of town on a 2.2 miles of private dirt road, with outside firewood heated boiler, well, septic and a large pond. Lloyd and Kim Foster sold it and helped us though every step of the way. We needed the septic tested & a well test, they found the people to do it. They had the best people take videos and pictures. They always gave us more than an hours notice for a showing. When we needed papers signed they would come to us or we would do it electronically. The first signing was in person, because they knew we would have lots of questions. Both Lloyd and Kim were very helpful and friendly through the sale, I would definitely recommend them as your NextHome agent.

We were looking for a property with two houses to purchase a year and a half ago. Because of Covid-19 we had to delay coming from California to Idaho to look for our forever home. Kim stayed in close contact with us and sent new listings as they appeared via email.

Both Kim and Lloyd were so gracious with their time and understanding of our needs. They spent several days with us last summer showing us many properties and taking into consideration of our personal needs of restroom breaks and nourishment, which was greatly appreciated.
