It was a privilege to work with Larry. From the initial meeting and to the closing, Larry was there with his guidance in knowledge. Throughout the process, he kept me informed as to what was going on - I never had to wonder where we were in the process. My husband and I have high standards, attention to detail and value connection with good people. Larry got us what we wanted and then some. Never once did he waste our time or try and pressure us to buy something that he knew was “not the one” or send us listings for the sake of sending them. He “got the assignment”. He took what we said and carefully and diligently went and got it. The best in the business. Well connected. A great understanding of the area. You can’t top Larry! My niece gave me Larry;s name as a very reliable realtor. The minute he walked in the door of my condo, I knew I had made the right choice! Larry worked hard on all the presale factors, got a professional photographer to take wonderful pictures, and helped set an asking price. When it was time to review the offers, Larry’s guidance was wonderful\. I cannot recommend Larry more highly! He will work hard for his client, and is a very nice person to have “on your side!”
