Jeff was the best realtor we could have hoped for. He had an amazing depth of knowledge of the area that was so useful as we evaluated properties for their short term and long term potentials. He was very easy to get ahold of and always responsive. He also communicated with all third parties (realtors, lenders, inspectors, etc.) on our behalf quickly and professionally. More than anything we genuinely felt like Jeff cared about us and our individual circumstances while also being a very straight forward and to the point person. We have worked with Jeff and Laurel on the purchase and sale of two properties in Kalispell. It was a pleasant experience each time. They know the area and the market, and they were most helpful in walking us through the transaction process. We live in Arizona, so doing long distance deals can be very daunting. I can’t believe how helpful Lauri and Jeff were with the purchase of our first home. They were easy to communicate with, professional and quick to respond. They helped us through every step of the process and clearly explained things along the way. Lauri spent an entire day driving us around the Flathead Valley to look at 10 or 11 houses and really helped us narrow our search without pushing us in any particular direction. Our financing fell through 2 weeks before closing and Jeff was so easy to work with through the stress of finding a new lender at the 11th hour. I can’t recommend them enough!
