Making an out-of-state house purchase can be confusing and stressful. You need to have a real estate professional that understands all the logistical aspects of finding, contracting, and completing a successful purchase. Kari and Mandy were very helpful to us! They took care of so many details that we were not able to since we were not physically present. They were very attentive and so friendly! Kari is a very knowledgeable realtor and was able to explain things that were confusing during the process. They handled the whole inspection process for us, personally checked to make sure all the appliances worked properly, and took care to make sure we understood what to expect during each step of the process. Kari is also very familiar with local brokers and title companies which makes communication and completion a much smoother operation. Both Kari and Mandy know the local builders and trades in the area and have provided us with excellent resources and recommendations. They also worked closely with our real estate agent in our current state so that we had complete assurance of where we were in the process, and that everything was on track for a successful completion. She even went out of her way to research additional neighborhoods for us and was always sure to share houses that we hadn't seen yet. We loved having her help in finding a home and felt taken care of every step of the way (pre, during, and post!).
