Peggy provided a very professional approach from start to finish, including a competitive market book detailing area properties both sold and for sale, signage and a knowledge of the industry and how it works. The first offer was accepted within 10 days of being on the market, and when that offer was withdrawn due to buyer unemployment, the unit was relisted and received a full price offer 6 days later. Peggy handled all the details - inspection, appraisal, and working with the title company and buyer's agent to close 20 days later, during the holiday season! Peggy Leiby was a great choice for a Realtor to handle the sale of my Condominium in Farmington Hills, MI in December, 2021. My sister Beverly became acquainted with Peggy as a member of their book club, and recognized the quality of her character and disposition would make a good fit for representing me. Peggy created a beautiful brochure with pictures and a summary of positives that made the property so attractive that it sold within just two weeks after listing. But where Peggy's professionalism and attention to details shined the most was handling all the necessary functions behind the scenes to get all parties involved to accomplish the final sale. She navigated all the complicated paperwork and occasional obstacles that come with a transfer of property with ease, making the entire transaction from beginning to end a very pleasant experience for myself - and equally satisfying for the buyers, too!

Peggy is a remarkable agent that goes above and beyond for her clients. My kids purchased their first home last month and Peggy talked them thru the process and made the sale as easy as possible for them. She did an amazing job explaining everything and our kids couldn’t be happier. Thank you Peggy for making my kids, my new neighbors in what used to be your parents house.
