Not being a local, I was dependent on a referral and the Ferlage Team did not disappoint. Nick and Beth were great to work with! They are strangely always available and ran interference on everything that was not material to the ultimate sale of my house. I cannot say enough good things to truly represent what a great agent Nick was for our home search. New to the SW Florida area, Nick took the time to show us around and familiarize ourselves with the area before looking at any specific homes. Extremely responsive to our specific requests and flexible to meet our changing timeline, he was there with us through the entire process, to include after we moved in as he provided multiple recommendations for service providers. The "team" was my immediate neighbor for many years, honorable people and wonderful neighbors. Wish I could have taken them with me to my new neighborhood. My only complaint is that Nick engaged in misinformation. He told me it would take several weeks for the house to sell. Because of his professionalism and attention to detail, he was wrong-it took one day to sell. Oh well, I'll let it go this time!

We were impressed with their knowledge of the housing market and their plan on how to best sell our house in a relatively quick frame of time. They listened to what we wanted and expected, made reasonable suggestions on how to improve our house presentation for sale, and in general worked with us as a team. They were also there to support us during the inspection and the appraisal. Our house sold quickly, and the closing was handled efficiently as well. We can highly recommend them without reservation.
