Amazing experience with Katie. I was referred to her buy a business associate. I have rental properties in Florida and I was looking for one in Omaha. We looked for a little bit and she told me to hold off until she found me really something worthwhile. Then she came to me one day with an amazing property. All my questions were answered right away and I was advised on how to maneuver through the situation. Being in another state there were some things I wasn't aware of and she was right there. Amazing experience I'm going back to Katie for other properties in the future. I highly recommend Katie McDonald

Katie was an amazing realtor. She exhibited a lot of knowledge during house tours and pointed out very particular things to look for, which we appreciated. Her communication and response time were both fantastic. She was excellent to work with and highly recommend.

We were thrilled to meet Katie McDonald due to our daughter's recommendation. We found her to be professional yet warm and personable. Katie was extremely helpful to us since most of our interaction on the sale of our home was done on line or via text because we were at our winter home in Arizona.
We found her recommendations on movers, estate sales and painters to extremely helpful, otherwise we would not have known where to start!
We could not speak highly enough of how well she represented us during the entire process. We would be happy to recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!!

Katie came highly recommended to us and she did not disappoint. We took all of her suggestions to heart and they ended up paying off in Spades. It also prepared us for moving and getting rid of items ahead of time.. She got our home out on Social media, staged it and arranged for a beautiful photo shoot ahead of time. Her communication skills are phenomenal, she kept us in the loop on everything. I would highly recommend Katie, I 100% guarantee she will not disappoint.

Katie was fantastic! She helped us find the perfect new home! Katie helped us navigate the crazy market selling our current house twice due to our first buyers financing falling through. She was calm, cool and collected and kept us on track as we needed to adjust our plans. We honestly could not have gotten through this without her support. Katie is excellent at her job.

Having gone through the process of buying a home, I now know not only how difficult it is and what to avoid in the future, but also how important it is to have an agent who understands the process and who gets to know you to understand what you need/want in a home. We went through three other agencies before finding Katie who came recommended from family. When problems arose, Katie found a way to resolve them.

Katie is so professional, knowledgeable and a wonderful person to work with. She accommodated me for house showings while in Omaha (and was great with my two young kids!) and followed up with me consistently. As a first time home buyer, she helped explain the home buying process to make it a little less scary, and also brought certain things to my attention that I otherwise might not have seen. Katie understood what I was looking for in a home for my family and she was so helpful in trying to find the perfect space for us.
