We contacted the Siderius Warren team on a friend's recommendation, and we are so glad we did!
LeAnn and Megan are not only extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate, they are an absolute joy to work with.
We hadn't purchased or sold a home in over 30 years and were at a total loss as to how to go about it. But Siderius and Warren knew exactly what to do and when to do it. They were very thorough and considerate in explaining the selling process and were always available to answer the many questions we had. Their positive attitudes and genuine caring were calming and encouraging. From listing to settlement, they walked us through it all.
Even during a difficult real estate market, they got the job done, and done well. Truly, 5 stars is not enough!

I’d give 6 stars if I could. Beyond pleased with this awesome team. Totally seamless transaction. Every detail was handled with extreme professionalism and their attention to detail was evident from the beginning and continued through the closing. Their combined years of being in the Realty profession was exactly what we were looking for. Really can’t say enough how pleased I was with these gals.

Words cannot express how remarkable Megan and her team were in both buying and selling our home. There were extreme complications down to the wire on both ends unexpectedly, and they worked furiously without break to completion. We have purchased and sold dozens of properties in 6 different states, and never in twenty years have we had such phenomenal attention to detail and care. I would recommend this crew without reservation to absolutely anyone—at any price point.

LeAnn did a fantastic job finding a home for our family. We moved from out of state, and she helped us find many homes to choose from. She was able to give us her valuable, objective and expert opinion to help us choose the best house for us. When we were able to come see houses in person, she had visits to multiple houses lined up so that we could make the best decision. Once we chose our house, she made the buying process very simple and smooth. We highly recommend her!

We worked with Megan and LeAnn to sell, buy, and then sell again - three different properties - in the past year!
In the first transaction, we found a home online that we were interested in viewing. A quick phone call to Megan who, even though she was out of town on vacation, arranged to have LeAnn show us the house the following morning. 'Moving' right along, LeAnn brought a buyer for our house and we were under contract to sell AND buy within four days spanning Thanksgiving.
The second sale took a little longer, maybe 90 days. But Megan's steady hand and keen awareness of the real estate world in both the Flathead and Lake County ushered us smoothly to closing at full asking price.
Without reservation would highly recommend the Siderius-Warren team!

LeAnn's support for our land purchase in Flathead County was outstanding. Being from New Jersey, we required plenty of hand-holding throughout the process since the area and property are all new to us. Without hesitation, LeAnn drove out to the property (close to an hour away) and took multiple videos and pictures for us to consider prior to making an offer. Additionally, her experience being a local area native was imperative. She guided us through all expectations of the property and aided us in understanding area culture.
