Alicia also has a great network of contractors that can help with whatever minor (or possibly more major) issues, that might need to get fixed to get our property ready for sale. This is extremely helpful and makes the seller’s life so much easier. She knew what needed to be done to sell our home quickly. Within two weeks, she got everything done and had our home on the market. And we got multiple offers 10 days later!
