Sylvia Binns-Smith

Sylvia did an outstanding job for us in Monte Sereno. She was quite understanding of our situation, having lived in our house for 36 years, and she physically helped us get rid of some things we had accumulated over the years, in addition, Sylvia showed up with her gardening tools and helped us get our front yard in shape.

Sylvia was always very positive and encouraging after each showing, and we had a buyer within 3 weeks. Sylvia was a whiz getting us through all the paper work as well.
