From start to finish of the whole process she was wonderful she was always making sure that all the little details where taken care of. Between dealing with the loan agents/title company/sellers agents everything was just seamless it was a true pleasure. New to home-buying and on a limited budget, there was so much I didn't know. Davena was patient and persistent in looking for houses for me, even when I had almost despaired. The house I bought I am very happy in. Davena was very helpful in educating me about what I should be looking for, characteristics of neighborhoods and so much else. After the purchase she was helpful in advising on what needed to be done, and was very practical and had good suggestions on how to get something done economically.
