When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, whether it’s a weekend walk with his wife Miriam, playing soccer or basketball with his Children. Hugo has 3 Children Alejandro, Victoria and Hugo Esteban.

License obtained in 1993, graduated from College of San Mateo. Completed numerous courses in real estate and related courses such as real estate law, ethics, finance, escrow, accounting, property management, real estate economics, advanced real estate appraisal, legal updates, and annual economic forecasts. Continually attends real estate seminars and conventions hosted by leading professionals in the real estate industry.

Hay muchas cosas buenas que pudiera mencionar de Hugo pero seguramente ya las an escuchado antes de otros felices compradores de propiedades, pero yo quiero mencionar una de las mejores cualidades de Hugo.
Hoy se que en el proceso de comprar una propiedad están involucradas muchas personas, y que a veces las cosas no salen tan fácilmente como pensabas y ahí es donde las excelentes cualidades de Hugo se hacen precentes, comienza a sonar el celular con emails textos y llamadas para cordinar y asegurar que todo salga como deve de salir que es de la mejor manera posible, y lo mas importante para apoyarte y no dejar que tires la toalla y abandones el sueño de tener tu propia casa que se convertira en tu hogar y en el comienzo de un mejor retiro.

I heard of Hugo De Hoyos through a radio show and gave him a call. I explain what type of house me and my wife were looking for he knew and showed us exactly what we wanted. And thanks to him we bought our first house. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

Hugo was great, he made sure we got what we wanted and made sure everything else was as simple as can be.

We had trouble with our first realtor because he never really showed us houses that were within our budget and or fulfilled what we wanted in a property. With Hugo it was a different story. Right away he took into consideration what we were looking for and he delivered. We couldn't decide on which of the great properties that he showed us since they were all great, but Hugo helped make our decision by sharing his expertise with us.

In the end we closed the deal on a great house, and got it for cheaper than anything in the area. We even had to hault the closing on the property since we went to vacation in the middle of it. However, Hugo and his team were very patient and made sure everything went smoothly.

Great guy who helps his clients, and makes sure the experience is as pain free as can be.

Hugo de Hoyos has been our realtor for seven plus years . During this timeline he has listed and sold five of our Bay Area properties and is currently listing our sixth. I had the pleasure to meet Hugo when I decided it was time to purchase my house. After contacting him, he helped my through the hole process. My greatest remark about Hugo is that he is a very professional and knowledgeable real state agent. He was very helpful in giving me good advice when ever I requested it. Hugo was very patient when showing houses to me. I never felt he was in a rash to close any deal. He gave me the time to think through about what I wanted. After I found the house I wanted the whole process went so smooth. It was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Hugo to anyone who wants to buy real state.

I met Hugo De Hoyos through my parents, when he was hired to sell our house. I really got to know how hard working he was/is when I became his assistant. He hardly ever takes any days off, I know because I would be stuck at the office even on weekends. He's always making sure flyers are made, and that everything is under control with the bank loans ect. I no longer work for him, but I know I gained lots of knowledge & a great friendship. I highly recommend Hugo as a realtor! I'll definitely be hiring him for my house hunt.
