Dante took over as our realtor when our first realtor had to leave the country for family matters. It was a little strange at first, but we soon found that we were in good hands with Dante. We ended up buying a rural property that required some thinking outside the box, and Dante answered all our questions with knowledge and confidence. He also found answers to the questions he could not answer quickly and shared several of his key connections with us. The timeliness and clarity of his communications were excellent from start to finish. It ended up that there were three offers on the property, and ours was not the highest offer, but Dante represented us and our desire for the property so well that our offer was accepted after a small increase after a counter. Overall, Dante served us very well and we give him our highest recommendation.

Dante sold a property for us this year (2013). He was knowledgeable about the area and the market. He was helpful and consistent and always pleasant and professional. We would recommend him without reservation.
