Jeannine & Linda handled my purchase of a condo at Shelter Creek in San Bruno. They were extremely helpful and patient throughout the process, welcoming any and all questions at any time, even after the purchase closed.
Sadly, my mother passed away during escrow. Jeannine & Linda were very supportive and understanding--they gave me a beautiful orchid plant, which happened to be my mom's favorite flower.

I'm a first time home buyer and from all the things I have heard about buying a home I was afraid of the process. Once I was paired with Jeannine she built confidence in me and my fiancé right away. She is very intelligent and informative. All our question were answered and if she didn't know the answer she was able to get in contact with who had the answer very quickly! We also had the pleasure of working with Her husband Kyle which made this experience even better for us. He was direct at to the point and was quick to point out anything he noticed with the homes we visited (Very sharp eye and and attention to detail).

Jeannine and Kyle did an amazing job helping my fiancé and I find our first home. They were so helpful and informative during the whole process. They took the time to answer all our questions and understand our concerns. They were especially great once we got in contract. They scheduled the inspections, took care of appraisal matters, and ensured our contact and all contingencies were in order. They also worked closely with our lender which helped as we got closer to closing. We love our new home and we are so grateful! We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Jeannine and Linda were outstanding throughout the process of selling my condo. I found them both to be honest and hard-working. They know their market, thus were able to answer my detailed questions and offer an expert advice. I also liked that they were very timely and expedient in handling documents.
Timing was perfect and we received multiple offers on my property as well as accepted a strong backup offer. After the transaction was completed I kept in touch with Jeannine because I was in process of purchasing property in a different state. Jeannine obtained and forwarded documents required by my new lender, thus was instrumental in in helping me with my new loan. She also continued to answer my question throughout the process of purchasing my new place.

Jeannine and Linda we absolutely fantastic to work with and their knowledge and work ethic are unparalleled. Not only were they tasked on selling my house, they also worked with the current tenant occupying the home and had an open house the day after the home was vacated. It was also extremely convenient to be able to e-sign everything as I'm often on the go and it sped up the process ten fold.
