The Colangelo’s made me feel as if I was the only client they were handling and seamlessly guided me throughout the entire transaction process. Every minute detail from listing to closing was handled to perfection. Working closely together as partners, gently nudging me when needed, Donna and Barney closed the sale with great success. Donna and Barney did a great job in marketing and selling our Belmont house. Both are very knowledgeable about our area and have a lot of business savvy. Donna and Barney helped make a stressful situation a lot less stressful AND sold our house for $275K over asking!

We have had 5+ properties/transactions & without hesitation, we can say that you are the best Realtors we have had the pleasure of working with. You are an amazing team. You concise communication w/ us & our tenants have been seamless. You organized painters, gardening, property inspections, maintenance, photography & showings. We expect to make a trip back to Redwood City to address there issues, though w/your expertise, it became clear a trip was unnecessary. In addition, your knowledge & experience in contract negotiations, with the sole goal of maximizing our selling price, was exceptional. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Robin and I just want to express out deep respect and gratitude for the way you have handle the sale of our house. We could not be more pleased with the entice transaction and the results!!! Like most home buyers or sellers, we infrequently get involved with a purchase or sale of a residence. It's a nervous time to begin with and the complexity of all the new laws make the whole paperwork morass somewhat overwhelming. Donna has proven herself to be my advocate in every way: she is focused, knows how to listen and is tireless in her efforts on my behalf. What was particularly meaningful for me was: Donna previewed property prior to showing it to me to ensure she knew the strengths and weaknesses of all that was in the marketplace. She was able to discern what i was trying to communicate in therms of my likes and dislikes (sometimes despite what i was actually saying). She negotiated well on my behalf and demonstrated the utmost integrity even while those around her may not have done so.

I was nervous about my first home sale as it would be one of the biggest transactions I would ever make. It required a d patient & Knowledgeable agent that would be willing to do some hand holding. I heard about Donna and Barney from a local residents & everything was positive. A meeting was a set & i liked their plan. We started the process and i was truly blown away by their execution. Every aspect was handled from finding contractors and obtaining bids as my home required work. They truly provide a full service solution! As a team, they have their roles & do their job tremendously well. Donna's the most efficient and organized person you'll find, will fully manage your project and solve any issue that may arise. Barney is the nicest guy and is like and old friend you've known for years. He's behind the scenes and I found him constantly at the house helping w/ odd & ends, going above and beyond.
