Denise Villeneuve

Denise has lived in Bay Area for over 30 years and since 1995 in the Peninsula.  Over the last decade, Denise has represented countless buyers and sellers transacting millions of dollars of luxury, move up, and starter estates.  If you are buying or selling a home on the Peninsula, you can leverage her extensive network, excellent negotiating skills, wide reaching marketing plan, creative problem solving and her amazing organizational skills to get you the highest possible price if you are a seller or best possible price if you are a buyer.

Denise’s primary goal is to provide her clients with the highest possible level of expertise and service in buying and selling property.  Denise brings her clients vast knowledge of the San Francisco Peninsula and its fast moving real estate market.  Her well-established career benefits clients through her excellent reputation among her peers and her extensive network both in the real estate profession and in the general community.

Denise is a member of Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Reators (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Luxury Portfolio International.  She previously worked for Cashin/Coldwell Banker Real Estate – Menlo Park as a residential real estate agent and transferred to Intero Real Estate Services in Menlo Park.  Previously, she was a successful senior account executive in the computer industry and is a graduate of the University of Colorado. She has been an active community volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club, Vintage Affair, Peninsula Volunteers, and numerous parent associations and boards.  Denise’s network extends across the mid-Peninsula including the Sacred Heart community and the Woodside Atherton Auxiliary where she has been a member since 1996.
