We have been dealing with Jack Markle since January of this year. He has been outstanding in his attention to detail, wether it being what type of property you are interested in purchasing or listing your own property. In fact, Jack did such a fantastic job in locating our dream home, we went ahead and listed two or our properties for him to sell.
He is a ture professional and an excptional realtor. Jack has been there every step of the way with our purchase and listings. Oneof the properties is now in the last stages of escrow and we are presently waiting for an offer on the other.

Jack Markle was our realtor when we sold our house in Holister, Ca. He helped us price the house correctly ( final sale was within 96% of asking). First offer we accepted turned out to be a bad deal and Jack straightened it out and got us out of the deal so we could accept another offer.
We chose Jack because we knew he and his wife but more importantly, we knew that he knew the Hollister market, had both a personal and professional reputation for integrity, and was well known in the real estate community.
